How we handle external sources
- Tool terms and pricing — verify on vendor sites; they change. We describe categories more than eternal version numbers.
- Legal topics — general information only; hire counsel for real risk.
- Statistics — if we cite a number, we aim to make it checkable or clearly illustrative; prefer process over fake precision.
- No pay-for-placement scorecards — criteria first (about).
- Corrections — Contact with URL + what should change.
Suggested external primary sources (examples)
Creators should bookmark, not blindly trust third-party summaries:
- Vendor Terms of Service / license pages for tools you pay for
- Platform creator / advertising policies (YouTube, Meta, stock markets, app stores)
- Your jurisdiction’s copyright office guidance on AI-assisted works (where published)
- Client brand guidelines and MSAs
We do not reproduce vendor terms here—they are long, changeable, and authoritative only on the vendor’s domain.
Printable habits (steal these)
From across the library:
- Five-line brief before generate
- Style paragraph lock for sets
- Batch ≤4 in production
- Keep/Change/Kill critique
- Finish outside the generator
- Commercial checklist before invoice
- Archive prompt + seed + postmortem
Reading order by goal
| Goal | Path |
|---|---|
| Ship one still this week | Workflow → Image → Iteration → Product case |
| Client commercial work | Rights → Checklist → Client delivery → Scorecard |
| Agency volume | Batch production → Style consistency → QA habits |
| Social-only creator | Mobile → Video → Writing → Mistakes |
| Spend wisely | Budget tiers → Scorecard → Comparison |
Versioning note
Tool names and prices change. When a deep-link to a vendor feature breaks, the process pages should still work. Prefer bookmarking this resources map and your own project kits over hoarding screenshots of temporary UIs.
Corrections and contributions of fact
If you find a broken internal link or a clearly stale claim, use Contact with the URL and a suggested fix. We prioritize accuracy over ego (about).
Teaching this library to a team
Suggested workshop (90 minutes):
- 15 min — workflow system walkthrough
- 20 min — live brief + small batch with critique
- 20 min — commercial checklist on a fake delivery
- 20 min — style kit build for a sample brand
- 15 min — Q&A against the FAQ
Hand people the resources map as the single bookmark. Deep links beat a folder of random PDFs.
Maintenance of this map
When we add pages in future batches, this resources document should gain a row in the same pass. If you land on a 404 from an old share, start at the home hub or this map. Internal IA is allowed to improve; the goal is fewer thin clones, not eternal URLs for every draft title.
Secondary indexes
- Case studies: product, brand kit, storyboard, album
- Business: rights, checklist, budget, delivery, agency batch
- Craft: iteration, consistency, upscale, mobile
Use search in browser only if your host enables it; otherwise this page is the index.

How we maintain this list
- Prefer primary docs (vendor terms, standards bodies) over secondary listicles
- Date-stamp major license changes when we notice them
- No paid placement; links may still break
Suggested primary categories
| Category | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Model commercial terms | Determines if client work is shippable |
| Platform ad policies | Disclosure and synthetic media rules |
| Color/print standards | Delivery quality independent of AI |
| Accessibility | Alt text and contrast still human-owned |
| Security | API keys, private data in prompts |
If a resource goes stale, use Contact. We correct faster than we add hype links.
